- As a woman, wife, mother, business owner, exercise instructor, PTA president and family Chaos coordinator, I feel passionate about motivating, inspiring and being a cheer-leader to other fabulous MOMS. We ll need MOM tribes and as a fearless warrior with a passion for physical, mental and emotional health and fitness, I wanted to create a blog and facebook group to share and inspire other women. I will create fitness challenges, clean eating challenges, healthy body and mind challenges as well as help motivate and inspire to be the best we can be everyday. I know need my tribe to keep me motivated and to hold me accountable. Life has been a roller coaster for me but each and every experience whether good or bad has help me grow and become the woman, wife, mother, friend, instructor and leader I am today. Oh how I wish I knew what I do today at 48 in my younger years but I have no regrets and after a storm I see the rainbow more clearly.
